Standard parcel locker delivery is €4.50. Free Baltic delivery on orders from €75.

Returns & warranty
Eligible unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Sterile single-use items can only be returned if the seal is intact.
Log into your account → orders → request return. We’ll email a prepaid label.
Contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll replace or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes, every product is sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor.
Most products are intended for licensed tattoo artists. Aftercare and hygiene items are open to everyone.
